Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 working days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after 30 working days.
Eligible Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, one of the following conditions must apply:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
The item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team for the detailed return address before sending the product back.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- Any item returned more than 90 working days after delivery.
- Products damaged during shipping.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, holidays, force majeure, or insufficient stock availability.
Digital Products & Online Services
Online services and digital products are strictly non-refundable once successfully activated, added, registered, or delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Software upgrade services
- Update subscriptions
- License activations
- ADAS authorization services
- ECU coding authorizations
- Diagnostic software subscriptions
- Other virtual or electronic services
Because these services are virtual and irreversible after activation, no refund, cancellation, or chargeback will be accepted once the service has been completed successfully.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, bank card, etc.) within several working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your PayPal provider or credit card company.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
