AutelShop.us is an Autel online store offering both physical products and digital products (software licenses, update services, and activation services). Please read the following shipping and delivery terms carefully.
1. Physical Products Shipping
Order Processing Time
All physical orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Free): 8–14 business days
- Express Shipping (Free): 5–7 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and product availability.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, DPD,Yanwen 4PX and Royal Mail, depending on the destination country.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
⚠️ Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations
2. Digital Products (Software / Update Services / Activation Services)
Digital products include software licenses, activation codes, and update services.
These products do not require physical shipping.
Processing & Activation Time
After placing your order, please provide your device serial number.
Once the serial number is received, the activation or service will be completed within 1–3 business days.
Activation Method
Activation is completed in one of the following ways:
- Remote activation is completed through the official system by our technical team, or
- An activation code is provided to the customer, allowing the customer to log in to their Autel account and manually add/activate the service
The activation method may vary depending on the specific product type. Our customer service team will select the most suitable method and inform the customer accordingly.
Important Notice for Digital Products
- Please ensure the provided serial number is correct and valid
- Incorrect information may delay processing
- Digital services are delivered electronically and do not include physical shipment
Non-Cancellation & Non-Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Once a digital product (including software license, activation service, or update service) has been successfully activated or processed, the order is considered fully delivered.
After activation, the order cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
